Pebbles nightclub is located in the town of Troon, just five minutes walk from the town centre. Troon is a town in South Ayrshire. It is situated on the west coast of Scotland, about eight miles north of Ayr and three miles northwest of Glasgow Prestwick International Airport. Lying across the Firth of Clyde, the Isle of Arran can be seen. Troon is also a port with freight and ferry services — the P&O Express to Larne and a yacht marina.

Pebbles comprises of three large nightclub rooms: Front Club, Disco and the Aztec room.

From the front bar and down a set of stone steps you will find the basement Aztec room. This room is the most popular within the club, playing a varied selection of RnB and Hip Hop music. Again the Aztec room features its own bar and DJ box.

Upstairs the property features 5 bedrooms, living accommodation, kitchen and bathroom. This area is currently being used a an office area and accommodation for two staff members, but could easily be converted to either letting rooms or owners accommodation.
